Petty Officer 3rd Class Lee West served in the United States Navy from 1993-1997 as a Submariner. PO3 West went to the famous Recruit Training Command (RTC) Great Lakes in Illinois for Boot Camp and then to the Basic Enlisted Submarine School in Groton, CT.
